Raffle Rules

Please read carefully these terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Raffle (hereinafter, the “Rules”). The Rules contain important information and their acceptance
is a mandatory condition for participation in this Giveaway.
1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
FILMO APP, SL., with registered office at Llull Street, 321, 5th floor, 08019, Barcelona, with NIF
B05425152, owner of the FILMO application or “FILMO APP” and with rights to the trademark
“Filmo” (hereinafter jointly “FILMO”), organizes on the dates indicated below
a draw called “Return of the Classic Campaign Draw”, in accordance with the Rules.
For the organization and development of the Raffle, FILMO has the collaboration of the following:

2. OBJECT
FILMO will carry out, in accordance with the terms and conditions described in these Rules, a
draw by means of a random combination (hereinafter, the “Draw”) with the purpose of
promote and offer an incentive for the use and dissemination of the Services and the activity of
FILM.
3. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The draw will be extended to the entire Spanish national territory and participation will be
free.
4. DURATION
The start and end dates of the Raffle will be detailed in each of the actions.

5. CONDITIONS AND TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
The Giveaway will be published through a post shared on Instagram, published by FILMO and
CAMERASHOPBCN. Anyone wishing to participate in the Raffle must comply with the following:

- Follow @filmoapp and @camerashopcn on Instagram
- Tag 1 friend in comments
- Share the post in stories
- Provide email and download the FILMO app
Only the participation in the Raffle of those participants (hereinafter, the
“Participants”) who meet the specified participation requirements and the
Instagram Terms of Use.
Participants may send as many comments to the post as they wish to participate in the
Giveaway. Each comment on a post published by a Participant grants one entry into the
Giveaway, so the more comments are posted on the post for the same
Participant, greater chances of winning one of the prizes drawn.
Any particular condition of the Draw that is not included in these Rules may
be determined in the Instagram post itself.
FILMO reserves the right to interpret these Rules and exclude the participation of any
person based on the mere suspicion of non-compliance with the requirements and conditions
established in these Bases, the rules of conduct and Conditions of use of
Instagram, as well as the applicable regulations by a Participant. Any content
posted by a Participant that FILMO considers inappropriate, inappropriate, offensive,
violent, sexist, racist, or that violates the fundamental rights of people, will be cause
of exclusion from the Draw.
Instagram does not administer, endorse, sponsor, or is in any way associated with the organization,
development and execution of this Sweepstakes. The Participant is providing his or her information and
data to FILMO and not to Instagram.
6. DRAWING AND SELECTION OF WINNERS
The Raffle will be held once the participation period has ended, in accordance with the
indicated in the Giveaway post.
The Winner of the Raffle (hereinafter, the “Winner”) will be randomly drawn from the total number of
Participants of the post and will be published in the same post.
FILMO employees (and collaborators) and their first-degree relatives will not be able to
be the Winners of the Raffle.
The Winner must contact FILMO via Instagram MD (direct message) within a period of
maximum of 15 days so that, once confirmed by FILMO, by private message from
Instagram, FILMO provides all the corresponding instructions and steps to follow, as well
how to obtain from the Winner the necessary data to formalize the delivery of the prize in
issue. In the event that the Winner does not contact FILMO within the deadline

8. FORCE MAJEURE
FILMO reserves the right to postpone or extend the contest period in case of force majeure.

9. PENALTIES IN CASE OF FRAUDULENT USE
Fraud will be understood as the use of independent platforms or applications to obtain
more participations in the Raffle, as well as behaviors that FILMO detects as
apparently abusive and/or malicious. The observation of any of these
practices will result in disqualification from the Raffle / the cancellation of votes or participations
that FILMO considers have arrived through channels not permitted in the campaign. FILMO
reserves the right to take legal action against those persons who carry out
any type of act that could be considered as manipulation or falsification of the

10. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of
data, and specifically in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion,

11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE DRAW RULES
Mere participation in the Raffle implies acceptance of the terms and conditions
established by these Rules. Likewise, participation in a Raffle of this nature
implies acceptance of the rules of the social network where it is developed. Any
manifestation of non-acceptance of all or part of the Bases will imply exclusion from the
Participant and, as a result, FILMO will be released from compliance with the
obligation contracted with this Participant.
Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Rules will give rise to the consequent
disqualification of the Participant in the Draw. Offensive comments, insults,
Threats, foul language, degrading content or disqualifications towards others
Participants or users of Instagram or towards the products and services of FILMO, its brands or
human team. FILMO is exempt from any liability in the event of any
any error in the data provided, where applicable, by the Winners or Substitutes themselves that
